Introduction
Man Industries manufactures Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) Line Pipes of various sizes and in conformance with various specifications to meet the growing Global demand of high pressure, cross-country pipeline owners and operators.
The LSAW Line Pipes are manufactured in Diameter, ranging from 16″ to 56″ in strict conformance to the general and customized specifications of the clients from various sectors such as Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers and Dredging.
All the Line Pipe manufacturing facilities of Man Industries possess valid licenses to use API Monogram and also possess various customized approvals from reputed clients worldwide.
The technologically efficient facilities of Man Industries enable the company to manufacture flawless LSAW Line Pipes. The facilities employ state-of-the-art CNC controlled Automatic forming technology of JCO and 3 Roll Bender supplied by CHR Haeusler of Switzerland, high speed Welding Stations, productive Expander and a series of NDT and Laboratory facilities. The efficient & synchronized facilities supported by trained & experienced manpower has earned the company many National and International approvals from Oil and Gas Majors of the world.
LSAW Technology
The LSAW Plant is equipped with the most advanced production and testing technology from Europe and India including state of the art Automated Pipe Manufacturing line. An option of 3 Roll Bending and JCO Forming press in the same premises. Inside and Outside SAW welding lines.
PLC controlled single boom Cold Expander to meet and achieved the properties and dimensional tolerance required for Oil & Gas industries. The manufacturing facility is backed by State of art NDT facilities like Automatic Plate UT, Automatic Full Length Weld UT and Radiographic Testing. The facility is backed up by in-house laboratory to conduct extensive Mechanical, Chemical and NACE testing.

Line Pipe
API 5L Gr. B up to X80, DNVGL ST-F101, ISO 3183, EN 10208-2 for sour and non-sour service as well as onshore and offshore applications.
Structural
API 2B / ASTM 252/ ASTM A671 / ASTM A672 / EN 10219 with material grades API 5L / API 2W/2H, EN 10025, EN 10225 or equivalent.
Tubulars for offshore oil & gas construction, wind energy, foundation and civil construction.
Conductor
API 5L, plain end pipes with welding/fixing of connectors for wellhead casing
